• To focus particularly on the Long-term unemployed and especially on people in this category who are over 35 years.
• To increase access for those people who are unemployed, under-employed and disadvantaged to self-employment.
• To give continued equal opportunities for all in the target group wishing to access Partnership programmes, and in particular, to assist women returning to employment or self-employment and to ensure gender proofing for all actions.
• To provide computer & Communications training.
• To work to improve the economic infrastructure in the Drogheda area and to continue to improve local access to other support progrrammes available in the area.
